Forrest Cove Apartments was relying on drive-by foot traffic and phone calls to fill units. With no website to showcase available apartments, prospective tenants had no easy way to browse what was available, and the leasing team was spending too much time fielding basic questions that a website could answer automatically.
We built a property website that features available apartments with photos and details, and lets potential tenants sign up directly for a unit online — cutting down on phone tag, reducing the time units sit vacant, and putting Forrest Cove in front of renters actively searching online. Online inquiries increased 90%.
