Increasing Business Efficiency Since 1998

We build the systems that handle the repetitive work — customer intake, follow-up, booking, invoicing, reviews — so your team stops doing it by hand. Any task we can shrink is a win.

The AI voice agent that takes the orders

The problem Phone orders during the dinner rush. Staff stops cooking to answer, orders get scribbled on tickets, and the caller’s number disappears forever. Every busy night, money walks.
What we built An AI voice agent answers every call, takes the order, and writes it straight into a database. That record kicks off the rest automatically: email and SMS confirmations, remarketing campaigns — and direct-mail postcards to the same households.
Every caller becomes a customer record · remarketing runs itself · zero missed calls

The ordering system nobody sells

The problem Ordering prescription lenses online is a maze — prescriptions, measurements, lens types, coatings, edge cases everywhere. No off-the-shelf cart could handle it. Competitors with 100x the budget owned the market.
What we built A custom lens-replacement ordering system, end to end — then wired it into ads, email, and fulfillment so every order flows without a human touching the data.

One dashboard for clients, staff & the owner

The problem A three-generation family tax business running on paper, phone calls, and memory. Clients calling for updates, staff re-entering the same data, the owner carrying the whole system in his head.
What we built A custom portal with billing, tax tools, and CRM automation — bilingual, with SMS notifications. Clients see their status, staff work one queue, the owner sees everything. Intake, follow-up, and reminders run on their own.
Tens of hours a month back · hundreds a year · nothing lives in anyone’s head

Run your own numbers

What is the manual work costing you?

Two sliders. No email required. This is the same math we run in the audit — just rougher.

Hours per week your team spends on repetitive tasks 10 hrs

Intake, data entry, follow-up, booking, invoicing, reporting — all of it.

What an hour of that time costs you $35

Wages + what you’d earn if that hour went to billable work.

Roughly what a build costs $6,000

Scope varies — this is the slider for a reason. Real number comes in writing after mapping.

Your rough numbers
Hours lost per year520
Money burned per year$18,200
Build pays for itself in~4 months
Year-one net savings$12,200

Illustrative math: assumes ~85% of those hours are automatable. The audit replaces this with your real numbers, in writing.

How much of this is your office?

Tap everything that happens at your business. Be honest — nobody’s watching.

Someone re-types form data into the CRMWebsite form → email → copy-paste → CRM
Leads that call after hours reach voicemailAnd most never leave a message
Quotes go quiet and nobody follows upThe “maybe next month” pile
Booking happens over phone tagThree calls to land one appointment
Review requests only go out when someone remembersSo they mostly don’t
Overdue invoices get chased by handOr awkwardly, or not at all
Reports get assembled from three different toolsEvery single week
One person is the only one who knows how it all worksAnd someday they’ll quit

The honest part

What we won’t automate

Automation shops that say yes to everything are selling software, not solutions. Three things we’ll talk you out of:

Anything that needs judgment

Pricing a weird job, handling an angry customer, deciding who to hire. If it needs a human brain, it keeps one.

Your actual relationships

Automation handles the paperwork around your customers — not the conversations with them. That’s the part that built your business.

A broken process

Automating a mess just produces the mess faster. If the process is broken, we fix the process first — then automate the fixed one.

How it goes

Mapped before it’s built.
Priced before you commit.

Image placeholder — slim tall Suggested: whiteboard mapping session, or a flow diagram
01

Map

We sit with your team and write down how the work actually happens — including the ugly parts nobody documents.

02

Scope

You get the plan, the stack, and the price in writing. Before a single line gets built.

03

Build

Built and tested against your real data — not a demo. You see it working before you sign off.

04

Hand over

Documented and supported. It survives the employee who leaves — and we’re here when something breaks.

Straight answers

Before you call

What does a build cost?

Depends entirely on scope — anyone quoting before understanding the problem is guessing. You get a fixed price in writing after the mapping session. Use the calculator above for the rough shape of the math; most builds pay for themselves in months, not years.

Are you locked into one platform?

No. Zoho, Zapier, Make, HubSpot, n8n, custom code — whatever fits your business and budget. Platform resellers have one answer to every question, and it’s the platform they resell.

What if the thing I need doesn’t exist as software?

Then we write it. The lens ordering system and the tax portal above both exist because nothing on the market handled them. If you can describe it, it can be built.

Will this replace my staff?

No — and if that’s the goal, we’re the wrong shop. It deletes the part of their day nobody wants: re-typing, chasing, phone tag. Most clients automate precisely so they don’t have to hire another admin.

What happens when something breaks?

Workflows fail quietly — that’s the dangerous part. We build in alerts and hand you documentation, so you know before a customer does.

The audit

Let’s find your hours.

Thirty minutes. We map how work actually moves through your office, run the real version of the calculator above, and tell you what’s worth automating — and what isn’t.

What you walk away with
  • A map of how work actually moves through your office
  • Your real hours-lost and dollars-burned numbers
  • Which processes to automate first — and which to skip
  • A fixed price in writing. No retainer required to hear it.
